Adriana worked to address many concerns at check in but previous tenants had broken, stolen and disrespected this lovely condo and its amenities. While there several things broke including the elevator. Big challenges with billing and check out. We were unfairly billed and yes I made a mistake but the triangle of, Air bandb, Adriana and the owner who sold the condo during our stay, left us with a huge bill $2000 very unfair. And I know they made way more re-renting for Carnival than they would if we stayed to the end of our contract. Very unfair.

We had a problem with early termination of the contract. In order to not be on the street we had to pay exorbitant amount for 5 days. For check out, from the 6th floor, I had to carry all possessions down the stairs. 10 trips for a 75 year old was beyond my limit. Many small issues: dishes, silverware, blinds, batteries, damaged closets, no toaster that all required attention. Adriana did her best to help but the expectation from booking to check in was not met.

Adriana is a very pleasant person to work with and can make decisions quickly without needing to check with an owner. She responded to all our needs in a professional way. She communicated well and quickly. She is an ideal hostess!
