The place was great and we had a good time staying once we were able to check in. The main issue was waiting additional time to check in because the cleaning crew was still there when we arrived. Agreed check in was between 10pm-11pm and we made it there shortly before 10:30pm. The cleaning crew was still there and after waiting 15 mins, I decided to message the host and ask when we could check in. The cleaning crew said they would be done in 30 additional minutes and we were outside of the house waiting until 11:35pm which is when they finally left. We basically felt like we paid for a night only to be there 25 minutes before midnight since we couldn’t check in at 10:30pm. The host was nice&responsive, but he did miss a message about the issues and replied after I sent another message hours later. Listing shows wine is provided and we did not receive it due to “re-stock” We were compensated for the late check in and we would give it a try again hopefully not run into the same issues.

Host response time was very quick, when we had problems with the hot tub he sent someone out the same night and got it fixed! Great place to stay!

Always food trucks right down the street, and amazing view of the mountains, stayed here for about a month and am definitely gonna miss it.

Lortavius’s place was easily accessible and a good size! My friends and I had a great time using the hot tub looking at the mountains. Although, the trash had not been taken out and it was starting to reek in the garage and began to travel in the house. There also was no wine included, which was stated in the listing. But otherwise, it fit our needs and was a good vacation!

We had a wonderful time. The pool table was something fun to do for our entire stay. The hot tub was also amazing. The location was also really nice and private but not too far from the center of the city. We will definitely be returning.
