What an unbeatable location for this wonderful property that we enjoyed for ten days during the mistral winds. The courtyard was a wonderful respite from sometimes chilly conditions, and the building itself held up perfectly well (no whistling windows, etc.) Appointments in the home are top notch, and well thought out. You really get the feeling that Robin and Elisabeth care about every detail. Also, you're truly livin' large here. It's an older place, and there are quirks, but once familiar, they're predictable and charming. The kitchen is set up for some serious entertaining, and having three baths is clutch. We didn't have a car (you do not need one in Avignon), but parking was available. We cherish our memories of this stay.

An amazing location in the city walls of Avignon. Very quiet and peaceful. The courtyard was a lovely place to enjoy the sun. Having a second building with a bedroom and bathroom provided flexibility. Robin met us in the town and showed us the parking situation as well as the house. He was very kind and provided good tips on local restaurants. A delicious bottle of wine was provided by Robin and Elisabeth. Wish we had bought a few bottles to bring home! We would gladly stay here again!

A gem in the heart of Avignon! The building and courtyard have been beautifully renovated and the decor and furnishings are elegant and very comfortable. It was fun for our family of four to move in for a week, to shop in the nearby food market and shops and to eat meals both in the home and in the spacious courtyard. The home has a separate space on the opposite side of the courtyard with a separate bedroom, bathroom and second kitchen. Robin outlined recommendations for places to visit and restaurants in his detailed pdf that was created for guests. We enjoyed a magical dinner with view of the Palace des Papes, which was among the recommendations. I would highly recommend this AirBnb. There is a tight parking spot so get a smaller car.
