I recently stayed at a tbeautiful 2-floor cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The cabin was clean, well-equipped, and had amazing amenities like a hot tub and fire pit. Helen, the host, was exceptional. She responded to our messages within minutes and promptly resolved any issues we had. When we had a problem with the fire pit, she arranged for someone to fix it within hours. The location of the cabin was perfect, with everything we needed within a 15-20 minute drive, including grocery stores. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the hot tub and playing pool in the evenings. The cabin was well-maintained and in great condition. The only minor issue we encountered was that the two grills had not been cleaned by the previous guests. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience. I would like to express my gratitude to Helen for being an excellent hostess. We are already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely choose to stay at this cabin again.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful! So roomy for families and all around great. It’s secluded just enough but also around people where you don’t feel like you’re up in a mountain all alone. We have stayed in a lot of cabins in the area and this one is by far one of my favorites. I wanted to book again before we even left that trip.

Excellent view not only from sunrise but you climb a little hill and see sunset private and quiet looks just like pics and all in working order would definitely stay again what a view from the all glass front cabin

Helen was incredibly responsive and helpful! Our (extended) family of 10 fit comfortably in this beautiful home with plenty of room to spare. Weather created a few challenges and Helen was sure to send maintenance after a storm. We really appreciated the detailed directions - take note, the ride up the mountain is intense! Gorgeous home and amazing experience!!!
