Fine place, big, lots of space. Seems out dated, needs some upgrades and improvements. Master bed squeaks very loudly with slight movements. Sofas are very old, something you might find in the Salvation Army that no one buys. Back yard need attention, and there is an old rusty gril that probably needs to be discarded. There is a large non working microwave above the stove, and then a smaller one that does work on the counter. With some improvements, it could be great.

Amanda’s house is easy to get to, very roomy, very clean. All amenities were available. We were very comfortable during our stay! It is a nice quiet neighborhood. Amanda was a delight to deal with! We had no problems with any of our reservation. She was very accommodating. We recommend her and her house very highly! I hope if we need to go back we can book the same place again.

It was nice to have a home to stay in with a yard for our dog. Amanda was responsive and helpful. Some of the furniture and coffee mugs are broken and the walls are pretty dinged up from use so the house didn’t feel as clean as it actually was, but it was actually very well cleaned. We enjoyed our stay.
