Overall great, just worth knowing a few things before you book! (#403) Pros: Very convenient location, right in the heart of Gaslamp district and very close to the convention centre (you can see it from the front door!). There are tons of restaurants and things to do very close by, and easy walks to Balboa Park and other districts. Communication and entry instructions were excellent and very easy. Beds were very comfy. Excellent internet so we were easily able to work from the apartment. Cons: The apartment itself is a bit weird. No windows in second bedroom nearest the bathroom. The big windows in the living room and bedroom look directly into a hotel a couple of metres away. Can be quite noisy, especially with the neighbours who got in at 3am and continued their party on our final night. The in suite air con blows directly onto the bed. None of this was a show stopper and we had a great time, just worth knowing in case you are sensitive to these things! Thanks Mayra!

The location of this stay was unmatched and my favorite thing about it. The walkability to and from cafes, restaurants, bars and the conference center was beyond convenient. The interior decor is refreshingly modern and sophisticated, and having a washer/dryer in the unit was an incredible added bonus. I would love to stay here again and expect to book with Mayra and Ben next time I visit San Diego! ☀️

Great stay, good location

Our flight was delayed twice and we got into town super late. Ben and Myra were so incredibly accommodating, communicating with our son, and getting him into the Airbnb early. The few questions we had throughout our stay were addressed immediately. We could not have been more pleased.
