All in all I had a fantastic stay at 138 Bowery. The location is incredible and the building is clean and well managed. The unit was as described and I was given clear instructions on how to gain access to the property before I arrived. The bathrooms were stocked with hotel-like amenities which I thought was a nice touch. My only issue arose when the front door broke on the 4th day of my stay and I had to reach out to the 3rd party property management company to have it fixed. The representative I spoke with about the matter was extremely rude but ultimately that is a reflection on that company and not of this specific property itself. This property is Ideal if you need something a little more long term in the city

Location,Location, Location. I love it so much that I want to stay again in the same area next year . Jeniffer’s studio is modern, safe and central with two subway lines near it. Highly recommended. definitely 5 stars ⭐️ thanks again.

Perfect for a 3 month stay in New York. The studio is clean and comfortable for sleeping/cooking/showering etc. I had no issues with the wi-fi. There is some slight street noise but closing the windows blocks out most of it. The building is within walking distance from several transit stops which makes getting around Manhattan a breeze. Overall, I had a good experience with this studio.
