We spent 4 nights at Lake it Easy during the solar eclipse. It was a very nice accommodation for our group of 12. Many bunk beds left open. The pool was freshly cleaned on our first day there. Nice pool and great outdoor space with living room TV grills and a large deck on top of the boat launch. The 2 kayaks were fun to take to the sandbar. The host was responsive. I had asked about whether there would be life vests and was surprised to see that 2 brand new life vests were there for us. It is a cute house in a beautiful area. We went to long horn cavern to explore the caves which was fun. My kids also found a disc golf course nearby.

The place was not safe and hygienic for a family to stay in the house. Below are the major issues: 1. The bunk beds are dangerous and one family member got severely injured. 2. The patio railing is shaky and unsafe for kids and adults to be around. 3. The outdoor kitchen is disgusting and the grill was absolutely dirty and we had to call the owner to clean it. We couldn't use the grill despite getting all the food. 4. Fridge is full of spiders and wasp nest. 5. Wifi and tvs are not working. 6. As soon as we switched on the appliances, the power kept tripping. 7. There are lizards inside the house. 8. All the beds are squeaky and people couldn't sleep on them. 9. No handwash / items in the toilets. We had to vacate the property in a day despite of booking it for 2 nights. It was an absolute disappointment as we drove for 5 hours with kids and pets to get here. Our vacation is ruined.

Comfortable house for our group with lots of room to spread out, beautiful pool and beautiful lake views.
