This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here. Its is well worth the money. I love that it has a garden & a large tub.

Maureen’s place was worth the money. In between many subways stations, you could easily choose which line to go to. A 5 minute walk will get you to many nice cafes, restaurants and pharmacies. Maureen was also very responsive and friendly, checking in often to make sure we were ok. The flat itself had everything we needed and the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. I stayed her with my 6 year old son for a week and had many fond memories. The only watch out I would say is that it’s not suitable for the elderly as the only shower area is a bathtub which you have to climb in. Amazing flat. Would come back for sure.

The apartment is great! Exactly as described and very clean. The location is what I looked for - quiet, not in the middle of the popular attractions, but close to tube and bus stations. And this is a big apartment for the location! The closest tube station is Royal Oak - very convenient connections to the airport and easy to go to Central London. The other two tube stations, Bayswater and Queensway, are also close by, and the walk is pretty nice as you pass by several nice bakeries and cafes. Even Notting Hill Gate tube station is close by - 18 minutes walk. There are several very nice restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes walk. The walk to Hyde Park is 15 minutes. Maureen and Ken were very clear and helpful and responded promptly to questions. They are great hosts. I would definitely stay again in this apartment.

Light-filled flat, well-equipped, handy to the Bayswater-Notting Hill areas. Maureen provided clear instructions for finding and entering the flat and left a three-ring binder with more information and suggestions for those unfamiliar with the general area. I appreciated the washer and dryer and their ease of use and the WiFi worked just fine. Sadly, my trip was fairly scheduled so I did not spend any time in the garden but enjoyed looking at it over my morning coffee.
