I booked my stay a day before and everything was as expected. Clear instructions on how to get in the room. Great directions to get to the building from the airport. I will definitely book thru you guys again.

Hair and stains everywhere on the bed. Really wanted to like this place but it was just not safe at all atleast for us. My gf is very sensitive to filth and things like this. Very unfortunate. Check in process was very confusing. Location was on Miami Beach which is by itself hard to access. Be careful with places like this as it’s a “condo-hotel” which likes to post their rooms on every site with different names and such. Just makes the process harder overall.

The area is beautiful, but the place that I stayed at. I had problems with the room that I had the toilet wasn’t working the bathroom was not well clean when I reported to the front desk it told me it was nothing they can do about it. I had to wait to the moment because they had no other available rooms to put in.
