We drove 12 hrs from Toronto and made it clear to our host that we would be doing so. Upon arrival, parking was NOT included; 20$ USA+ which is 30$ Canadian each day. Next, the bed’s were filled with stains from either piss, puke, or both. The shower was covered in mold and it flooded the entire bathroom floor when you ran it. Towel service wasn’t available. Oh I also forgot to mention. This company “SONDER” makes you take verify yourself and needs all your information outside of AIRBNB for you to book. So not only do you have to sign up for Airbnb and verify yourself, but you have to go through the process again. Now, after parking our vehicle. It took 2 hours to get in, mind you 2am, 12hr+ drive. On the phone with SONDER to get the code. Helicopter pad outside and ambulances/police cars were going off all nice across the street because there’s a hospital 50 feet from my window. Pool was unavailable.. our code wouldn’t work. Don’t let me influence you. But save yourself the pain.

The best thing about this Airbnb was it was fairly cheap compared to other properties in Nashville. Our stay was complicated by a couple of things. When we arrived we couldn’t get into our room because the keypad had died. It took us about 30 minutes to get into because we had to wait on someone to come up and help us. This was frustrating as we were expecting the room to be ready for our arrival since it was 6pm and our earliest check in time available was 4pm. Another issue we had was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower head was completely caked in black mold. Not just a little bit, I thought the shower head was actually black until I looked closer and realized it was all mold. I messaged the host but went ahead and cleaned it. I’m glad because it took around an hour and a half for the host to message back. They offered for someone to come clean the shower but I had already done this so I was just offered an apology for the situation. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I was delighted with my experience with this Sonder property. Great location and the price was simply unbeatable. I really loved feeling like I had my own apartment and I can tell you I have recommended it to local friends who wanted a "place in the city"...why not just stay here? Very modern and safe. It was too cold to use the balcony but definitely would have. Be aware that you can hear Vandy's Life Flight (helicopter) from time to time and it is on a busy intersection but none of the sound was bothersome to me. I live in Chicago so I am little used to but I will say that if you are looing for silence then staying in any city isn't the way to go. Parking was easy breezy ($20 up charge). Loved that Bad Ass Coffee, Sushi etc were right on the first floor. I will absolutely stay here again and I am excited I found this!

It’s a lengthy & inconvenient check in process but overall good area I don’t recommend renting a car .. Ubers in the area were mostly all under $10 oh & unit 206 had a good view
