The view from the balcony and Khumaan’s friendly behaviour made me forget the knick-knack issues. I want to thank Khumaan and Ankush for their courteous behaviour.

The place in its current state is not at all recommended till it’s properly renovated. Don’t go by pictures as I’ve taken and reported pictures of how the house is kept to the host, having broken/popping floor tiles, dusty, lose wires/extension board kept in hall which is unsafe for kids, paints of door peeling off, door or window stoppers either not working or missing, bee hives at the entrance and near bedroom window, stains and burnt mark on dining chairs, broken dinning chair, paint material and other spare items stocked in bedroom cubboard, cigarette buds left behind, stains on sofa cushion and on top of all this, renovation work in lower flat was a big nuisance and laying of pipe in the society Had I know of all this, I would have surely opted for another property and i found it very unsafe with my two small kids aged 1&3 years. I expected the host to be transparent and only offer the property once the pending jobs are completed to avoid sour experience. Was Kind enough to admit
