It was superb stay with my family. Everything was superb and nice. Very Close to Calanguate, Anjuna, Baga, vagator beach. Also Aunty is soo helpful and very polite. I will suggest just book this villa.

This was first ever booking with Airbnb and this was to the point. Carmel was responsibly responsive right from the day i did the booking till the day i checked out. The place is simply esthetic and calm. Worth the money. I went with my family with 3 senior citizens and they loved the place as they got a peaceful and refreshing stay as the wished for. Carmel also helped me with the rent a car personal and he too was good. Carmel was very warm when we met her and she didnt treat us like customers. She treated and respected us just as she would treat her family guests. If your going with family or friends its a great deal that you can close and trust me it’s worth every penny

I had a delightful stay in North Goa! The neighborhood was fantastic – safe, vibrant, and surrounded by friendly locals. The place exuded a cozy ambiance, making it feel like a home away from home. The abundance of amenities provided a touch of luxury, and the assistance with rentals made my trip hassle-free. Convenient travel to well-known spots added to the overall appeal, all at an affordable price. Aunty is good, friendly and checks on us if we are ok or need anything. Highly recommend for a memorable and budget-friendly experience!

The property is nice. The location is very good. Carmelina is a very good host who stays in touch, is helpful, is understanding and is very respectful. She is worthy of being a superhost. Our whole family loved the stay as well as her hospitality.
