Lovely apartment close to bath house row and water locations. The building is historic and comes with those sorts of problems, but the host is responsive and always ready to fix the situations that arise. We had a lovely stay.

My stay went well. The apt was a little stark for me but I added some things that made it more comfortable. Was within walking distance to downtown where there was a lot to do, restaurants, museums. shops. Also not far from the apt 6-8 minutes away, Walmart, Lowe’s, every kind of shops and eateries. Also a casino, if you’re interested. I felt safe and comfortable wherever I went. Had good hosts that answered any question or need I had. I would highly recommend a stay there!

Charming apartment steps from the historic downtown Hot Springs! Perfect for our one month stay. The location was central to everything and apartment was exactly as described. We saw deer in the yard nightly which was such a nice treat! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an Airbnb in Hot Springs.

It was a great 5 week stay. I was a little concerned about the boarded up building next door to the Airbnb until I walked around the downtown area and got a history lesson. First of all, there are many boarded up buildings scattered between nicely remodeled places. I learned on the trolley tour that many years ago several fires damaged a large part of the area and some of those buildings are still boarded up today. Steven and Joe did an excellent job of responding right away and providing what I needed. Know there are stairs to go up and down, but the apartment is very cute and a great value. I would most definitely stay there again!

Staying at this location for over 3 months for work during the winter, I was not disappointed with what downtown Hot Springs had to offer. Also getting access to running trails by first going through a historical neighborhood to the west to the adjacent National Park was a plus. Construction was on-going but within reasonable hours and the outside end results are beautiful. The host (Steven) was very responsive and appreciated any questions about the location's amenities. This a place that has character, meaning it has a nostalgia for homes that were built for all climes of the past. Enjoyable and peaceful stay for me.
