I have to say Ive stayed in a lot of airbnbs and this might be the first one where i felt like the reality of being there was better than my expectations going in. My friends and I were there just one night so we could go to an event at the GV surf club. We were able to check in early at the front desk, the unit was spacious, the deck was huge and overlooked the pool area which was also fantastic. Loved the water slide! Was surprised they had one dedicated parking spot in a garage out of the sun and super close street parking all around the resort. If there is anything someone might not love as much it could be the more basic decor but that wasn’t something our group was looking for when we booked and the photos are accurate. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for an unplanned last minute family get together. The place is a little older and had a bit of a musty smell when we first arrived, which can be pretty typical of older hotel/resorts. But everything seemed clean, there was tons of space, a big kitchen with whatever you might need. The view of the mountains from the deck was beautiful. The pool and Jacuzzi were great! The beds were super comfortable. Check in was fast and easy. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing that looks updated is the main lobby. The carpet was so nasty in our room that is unbelievable they are charging you a $250 charge for cleaning service fee. The tub on the only bathroom was clogged so as parents we ended up knee deep in our kids dirty water when is was time for our showers. Parking suck you can’t go in with a minivan. It was a bad and expensive experience. With the more then $1,000 for the night we could have gotten a better deal Somewhere else. The people were extremely nice and friendly I think even they felt bad for the guests.. rent this on Expedia or something else don’t use airb&b for this.. way too expensive.

We didn’t realize it was a Hilton Grand Vacation property, thankfully no one tried to sell us a time-share, lol. It’s a nonsmoking property, pool and jacuzzi were great, bar and food served there so convenient. We were able to cook there, have coffee on the patio. We were behind the pool waterfall on a corner, I would recommend asking for a better view. But price was great, no complaints and they checked in often with us, so communication was great. We will be back.
