Home was just as described. Spacious very clean, perfect Waco location. Comfy beds and great bathrooms!

House was advertised as being "close to everything" and we thought we'd be able to walk to Silos etc. but sketchy area so felt unsafe doing so. Sign posted on house by driveway at side of house where parked cars didn't help - it stated "Lock Your Car Take Your Keys Hide Your Belongings" This combined with next door neighbor large dogs barking in middle of the night multiple times made me anxious about safety of our vehicles parked in the driveway. House also needed some upkeep items. None of the photos show the view out the front door from front porch for a reason - vacant lot with huge piles of trash. While the house was able to accommodate 5 of us fine and we appreciated the space and amenities, it was not worth the price due to the safety concerns and not being able to benefit from its proximity to nearby attractions.

Stayed here for the eclipse and had a really great experience. Everything was exactly as described and the hosts were incredibly responsive. They replied within minutes when a question arose. Great home base for doing all things Magnolia.

Very close to magnolia and downtown.
