The view, the kitchen, the pool, feeding the birds, it was a long weekend of unforgettable relaxation and adventure for the family and our 4 young boys. The Rodeo was a highlight too.

We just returned from a one week stay at this beautiful property - 2 families. The photos do not even come close to showing how beautiful this property is. The most amazing views of the lake from the back deck and swimming pool ! The house came stocked with so many extras (thank you for the generous welcome basket, milk, juice etc.), better than any AirBNB we have stayed in. Also so many games, books etc. Kathy was such a great host, so friendly and lovely to deal with. We had a couple of minor issues and she sorted things out straight away - not easy in early Jan ! Mansfield is a 15-20 minute drive away and the Zoo, Winery, Maze are close by. The house itself is very comfortable with bedrooms and bathrooms located away from the main living and kitchen area so no noise for people going to bed early or wanting a sleep in. The pool area is so beautiful and solar heated. We spent many hours relaxing there. Everything was just perfect and we cannot wait to return one day.

Great place with welcoming and professional hosts. Family friendly with a home-like vibe, spacious and accommodating for all family members to spend time together or have more privacy. Beautiful surroundings and what-a-view! Thank you for your hospitality :-)

One should book this place for internal peace outside from the noise lifestyle. Beautiful place and Morning’s outside the windows are above expectations.

We had a family group of 10 stay at Kathy's amazing home over Easter 2023. Kathy was kind enough to provide an early entry and meet and greet us and show us through the home, she carefully explained all the details of the place and left us to enjoy our holiday. The home was spotlessly clean, the views out over Goughs Bay were Beautiful, the home is in a lovely quiet Street and just a 10 min drive to the Goughs Bay Store and boat ramp. The home was equipped with every thing you need for cooking, games for the kids, a table tennis / pool table, and more. If you are after a quality home on Lake Eildon for your Holiday we would strongly suggest this place. We also appreciated the wines and gift basket including items in the fridge that Kathy had left for us.
