The unit was nice. It was cleaned and well prepped well before my arrival. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, spices, and other items, such as a coffee maker. The instructions for check out mention a dishwasher, but there is not one in this unit. The neighborhood is a little odd, which becomes more apparent at night time, but I never felt unsafe. Also, the bed is located right by the front door, which has no curtain or blinds over it so if someone were to come up the stairs, they’d be able to see into the apartment where you’re sleeping. The HVAC system worked well and kept the place warm. It did, however, give off a sewage-like smell that lingered throughout the house…same for the bathroom, but the bathroom was very nice. Overall, the place was spacious & accommodating for my lengthy stay. Lori was helpful & responsive. I would book here again.

Lori's place in excellent for short or long stays in Lafayette area. Many great restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent stay! Very nice space in a great area. The front door was a little difficult to find and parking is not ideal, but not a big issue at all.
