I stayed at Kalina's beautiful studio for 6 wonderful weeks! Everything was ideal, the location is perfect and easy to get to. Line 3 on the metro takes you all across Paris and is just a few minutes walk from the studio. The balcony was a dream on the sunny days I enjoyed in May and June. The studio is close to many great restaurant and shops, there is a carrefour just across the street as well. The apartment is well equipped with all you need (and more), the sofa bed is very comfortable. Kalina was super helpful and flexible with both check in and check out, she could not have been a better host!! She was always quick to respond and very accommodating in every way.

A very beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view. Kalina is very kind and helpful! The apartment itself was exactly as described and had everything that you may need. The neighborhood is very safe and has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Overall, I would 100% recommend staying here!

Wow, this is the best Airbnb experience I've had. Where do I begin? This cozy stay in Paris was a dream. I had the absolute pleasure of having my morning coffee and evening wine on this balcony every day for a month, and needless to say, I won't be forgetting my stay in Paris anytime soon. Kalina is a perfect host; She is flexible, incredibly kind, timely, always available to help, and went out of her way to welcome me and introduce me to the area. Her kindness alone is reason enough to book this Airbnb. The place is small, but incredibly well equipped. Everything you could possibly need either in the space, or very close nearby. There's a lovely grocery just down the street, a Laundromat nearby, and many bakeries and restaurants a short walk away. The neighborhood is picturesque, and there are two metro stations within a 10 minute walk from your stay. The 7 flight spiral staircase does take some getting used to, but it is so, so worth the view. The building itself was generally quiet, however, as of October 2022, there was loud construction across the street. I should also note that there is often traffic noise/sirens, so if you're a light sleeper, that's something to consider. Otherwise, it shouldn't be a problem- in fact, I've come to miss the sounds of the hustle and bustle. In short- it didn't take long for me to fall in love with this place, and I would encourage anyone that's looking for a temporary home in Paris to book this Airbnb.

Kalina was an amazing host who responds almost immediately. The apartment was perfect and exactly as described and the balcony is amazing! The area is also so lovely!
