Older home in need of a few more renovations and maintenance (including pest control). There was a notable odor in the home, could have been from being closed up. Kitchen table needs to be replaced. Bedding needs updating and more linens could be provided. Huge amount of space, with plenty of beds. Very crowded street, parking is nearly impossible; but we were able to get two cars in garage. I'm not sure the listing mentioned it was a duplex. Host was extremely responsive and understanding (as we accidentally left with the garage remote and needed to overnight it back to him). Overall, it met our needs at a fair price.

Me and my family were.without electricity due to our electric box catching fire .I felt a arnb would be more appropriate fir my family.I told Hason my situation and he did not hesitate to let us stay he was understanding his house was specular and this was my very first time in a arnb .I give him 10 stars I have absolutely no complaints and I will definitely if ever need another call him instantly!
