Gina and Brent have created a cozy, clean space with fabulous views! We felt so comfortable in the cabin. The amenities were beyond expectation. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed using the BBQ and even our dog had a blanket and dog bowls. It was very cool while we were there but we had no problem staying warm with the heating and fireplace. Gina and Brent shared information about the surrounding area and made some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Our dog had space to roam and Baxter joined us a few times too. We found it a tiny bit tricky getting to the cabin at the very end as our GPS took us to the road right before their property, and we did not realize that we were actually already on Old River Road. But probably has something to do wit hour age:) We will long remember our stay in this peaceful place!

Perfect place for one person or a couple. I was supposed to be there with my dog but she passed away 3 days before I arrived. best part was the welcome I received from Baxter, Gina's dog. he came each morning and drank coffee with me! it made not having my sweet girl with me a little easier

For a person who loves nature, this was an excellent choice for me. It was close to Smokey Mountain park. Everything you need you can get in nearby Waynesville. The home itself is small but not cramped. It was very clean. The Murphy bed was comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to cook a nice meal. The bbq was high quality Webber. The dog is very friendly and may have shared a steak with me. Definitely a positive experience for me.

Such great hosts (including the pup Baxter) and a beautiful little get away. Super clean place and perfect for what we were looking for. Also had cows across the street which was a highlight for our trip. The land was great to let my dogs roam around. Would give 6 stars if I could!
