Napa, we're near Alston Park for hiking, wineries, places to eat & shop. Enjoy a fresh-baked BREAKFAST, a dip in the pool (heated mid-June to Sept), spa (year-round) & many places for relaxing. Our suite is well appointed with a comfortable bed, fine linens, duvet, robes & slippers. DRIVING SERVICES may be added to enhance your tours. As your hosts, WE OCCUPY THE UPPER STORIES OF OUR TRI-LEVEL HOME along with our dogs Tawny and Ruby. WHILE WE ARE QUIET PEOPLE, SOME DAILY LIVING SOUNDS WILL BE HEARD. The LOWER LEVEL is a half story down and is separated from the kitchen by a door, wall and shutters - (see photos) THE GUEST SUITE HAS IT'S OWN ENTRY, LIVING ROOM WITH AMBIENT FIREPLACE, BEDROOM AND BATH. It is our intent to provide privacy while using the pool, spa, and courtyard. You'll find the courtyard to be a favorite place to relax. Watch the sunset over the vineyards or enjoy morning coffee with our light breakfast sitting around the firepit while the hot-air balloons land nearby. The backyard offers a roomy space to relax with a book on a lounge, or you may opt to take a swim, or soak in the spa. While the pool is always available, the water temperature for swimming is most comfortable between mid-June and mid-Sept. (Average temp range is 78* to 82*)The grill is avail. for cooking and you might engage in a game of corn-hole. The suite's wet-bar area includes a mini-fridge, micro-wave, toaster-oven, hot-plate, Nespresso coffee maker, tea pot, a selection of espresso, tea, snacks and beverages, dishes, wine glasses , etc. Use of laundry upon request. For SAFETY reasons, our place is NOT suitable for YOUNG CHILDREN due to the open pool and spa. Infants NOT YET WALKING may be considered only with pre-approval through messaging. You may want to make an advance reservation for DRIVING SERVICES in our Acura MDX. Our guests appreciate the ease of travel, our local insider's knowledge, and of course, safety. Rates: $150/2hrs; $250/4hrs; $400/8hrs (add a 2nd or more days at $350/day) (extra hours/$70) One well-behaved, house-trained small dog (under 35 lbs.) is allowed with advance permission. Someone needs to be present with their dog at all times. $40/day We have two dogs, so it's important that your dog isn't yappy as to encourage a barking match.
