Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and heat. In the heart of Centro. Parking is difficult but manageable. Bathroom needs updating and cleaning. Excellent restaurants and wine with in walking distance. Views are incredible where ever you walk. Worth your time to experience. No regrets. I would recommend this place for two people.

Romantico 36 is a very cosy apartment on a quiet street but very central in the lovely town of Citta della Pieve. The appartement is equipped with everything as described. From here you have easy excess to a lot of beautiful villages and towns ( we visited 16 in 2 weeks ) Umbria is wonderful and Tuscany is at your doorstep . The appartement feld like home away from home , and its hard to beat cooking with a glass of wine while making small talk with locals from your window. At the end of the street ( 2 min walk) is a panoramic view thats breathtaking , especially in the early morning . The contact with the host(s) was very easy - had not to many questions but they responded quick and clearly. Bin to Italy quite some times over the last 30 years , but the combination of the location ( lively but surely not overcrowded) and the appartement itself makes it a serious competitor for the top spot. We left withe a smile but pain in our hearts.

Apartment was clean and in a great location. Good access to many surrounding towns. It is a rather small apartment but was good for two people. Response time with any concerns or questions was exceptional from Roberto or his staff. We would recommend it as a vacation rental.

Romantico36 è un appartamentino molto grazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Ottima la posizione nel cuore del centro storico e a breve distanza rispetto ai più rinomati centri dell'Umbria e della Toscana!Leonella è stata un'host molto disponibile venendo incontro in modo tempestivo a tutte le nostre esigenze. Consiglio vivamente!
