The apartment is still relatively new and functionally furnished. The connection is great and you can get to the center on foot or quickly by streetcar to the sea. The staff on site was also very helpful and always available if you had a request. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken and also full of leftover food. Also the equipment of the kitchen left much to be desired. There was a lack of basic equipment (e.g. enough plates and pots, salt, pepper, oil, etc.), some of which we got on request. All in all, we had a good stay, but the price-performance ratio was unfortunately not right for me.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Süßes Zimmer, hat für uns gereicht (6 Personen) Gute Lage, man ist schnell mit der Tram am Strand und zu Fuß in der Stadt. Kann man nur empfehlen 👍🏼

Ambiente pulito , però poco luminoso essendo al piano terra , la stanza nelle foto sembra molto più grande ma alla fine basta e avanza, grazie a tutti lo staff molto disponibile e gentile

We had a great stay in the spacious and nicely built apartment from YAYS. The concept works really well for our young family, the location is great as well.
