不知不觉已经在这个房子住了45天，房东Josephine非常的贴心，快速准确的回答我所有的问题。天冷，还特意买了两个热水袋给我。不论是从刚入住时，给我发的所有入住指南，以及周边环境介绍，还是在我入住期间，提问的所有问题，房东都超级有耐心的给我解答，帮忙想办法。 房子很温馨，有暖气，有热水，可以洗衣服和做饭。带着女儿在这边住，一切都很方便。 最后退房，由于着急，提前走了，直接跟房东联系，也是，尽量帮忙安排。 感谢Josephine和Jay的房子，让我们度过了非常愉快的40多天的伦敦生活❤

Hi This apartment was exceptionally well organised and it had a great location e.g bus stop and dining places were at a walking distance. It was in an area where I really felt comfortable, relaxed, and secure. The place was clean, tidy and warm when I arrived. All the electrical appliances and kitchen utensils were operational. In short, everything was there which we expected after having made this reservation. Josephine was there when we arrived and thoroughly explained about everything which was required and helpful. She was very friendly, kind and cooperative lady who remained in touch with us throughout the stay to make sure everything is alright or if we need anything. We would recommend this place to stay and will do the same if we get a chance again to visit London anytime.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks that were very relaxing and comfortable. The unit had a lot of amenities to make you feel at ease and at home. The kitchen had lots of cookware making it easy to cook plenty of meals, but there was also plenty of tasty restaurants and coffee shops easy to walk to. Hanwell station is also close to commute. Josephine was a very sweet host and a great help. We will definitely enjoy going back in the future.

It was a pleasure to stay in the apartment, very spacious and had all the necessities! Pictures of the flat were as accurate! Josephine was very responsive and helpful, giving clear instructions on where to find the apartment and what’s expected! Easy access to bus stops which is a plus too! Would definitely recommend to stay here!
