I cannot recommend Kohi Del Mar highly enough. As a family of four, both on holiday and working, it was a fabulous apartment. Great restaurant options within an easy walk, opposite the beach with great views and 15 mins into town. Treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed and it will feel like you’re really on holiday. Really happy with our choice.

Our stay in Kohi Del Mar was spectacular. Three of us rented the space on a business trip that started as 3 weeks and ended up stretching to 5. Clive was always very responsive and super helpful extending our stay. The views are spectacular and the location is the absolute best in Auckland. Right across from the beach in Kohimarama and only a short walk to Mission Bay or Saint Heliers in either direction along the coast. Even in the off-season, these beach towns offer a vibrant running, cycling, swimming, dog walking community just a short Uber or drive from CBD. I greatly enjoyed running every morning along the path and boardwalks that line the coast. Perfect for anyone coming to visit Auckland for business or on holiday. We will definitely stay again on future trips!

This is a fabulous place to base yourself when visiting Auckland - the location just across from the beach is magic - great views too!! Super comfy beds and great amenities ensure this place ticks all the boxes - and it’s nice a spacious which helps when travelling with kids ( tweens and above) . Highly recommend.
