The hosts were nice, easy to reach and always got back to me straight away. They were also helpful. I wasn't happy with the apartment and had to move out early. I hope the landlords will make the necessary repairs and renovations - at least that's what they said. Nevertheless, thank you for letting me move out without any further complications.

A well appointed apartment overlooking the city of Ha long. The bed was very soft and comfy and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. The building was far from full while I was there but as far as I could tell the walls and windows seemed well insulated and it was very quiet inside. If you want to cook your own food you can or like me you can just order take out and have it delivered usually within 20 to 30 mins. I was only there for a couple of nights but I could easily have spent a month or more with no complaints. It was great.

The apartment was big and peaceful. Huy was very responsive and let us check in early! However we found the apartment a bit dirty, with stains on the sheets and the towels looked used. We talked with Huy, who quickly answered, and assured us it was cleaned bur didn’t provide alternatives. It was a bit far from the restaurants (which was what we were looking for).
