This unit is conveniently located and quiet residential neighbourhood. It’s a short drive to Confederation College, Lakehead University, TBRHSC, Thunder Bay Airport, and a quick walk to bus stops, food, and groceries.
Guests have access to one parking space in the driveway, or street parking. The house is located in a court with limited traffic.

I am the owner of the home and live on-site (upstairs) with my partner Kunwar. We have one cat. We both work during the day and spend most evenings at home, or out with friends. On the weekends, we enjoy getting outside to enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds Thunder Bay.
