The room is very clean and located in a nice and safe location in midtown. Walkable distance to grand central and Lex/53rd street subway station. There is a 24 hour doorman so we didn’t worry about safety issues.

I spent three months in Manhattan for business reasons and needed an apartment close to Grand Central. The one offered by Ellie And Jeff is amazing, rather quiet for bustling Midtown and you find everything you need also for a longer stay there - the kitchen is fully equipped allowing to prepare food "like home", and you find all utilities for basic cleaning of the apartment. I also particularly liked that the part of the apartment with the bed (which is comfy) is separated at least visually by a folding screen so that you don't have to invite friends or colleagues "into your bedroom". Of course the apartment is not brand new and a bit darker as seen on the photos but everything works properly and is neat and clean, so I didn't care. Ellie And Jeff is a fantastic host always responding very quick and precise and offered help whenever I needed something. Great job, thank you!

Ellie is a wonderful host. She responds to all my requests in no time. Very reliable and understanding. I had a great time staying in this apartment. It is exactly as described. the location is great. Very convenient for ppl working in midtown. Walking distance to everywhere. I didn’t have to take public transportation at all. The rent is a bit high. But it’s manhattan. You get what you paid for. I have no regrets staying at this apartment. There is 24 hour doorman, and elevator, laundry on site. Very secure building.

I loved staying in this apartment. Ellie is prompt and attentive with her response and makes sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect location and a five minute walk to grand central station.

Had a great time staying here. Clean, fast responses, no problems at all. I especially loved the proximity to various grocery stores – lots of options for different kinds of foods.
