The place design is really good but not that comfortable. The place is so hot. The ceiling is too low. The interior design has dark colors which adds to the hot temp inside the place. There's no aircon in the Living/dining area they only have 1 eFan which is not suff for 20guests we have to request for additional eFan their caretaker is so responsive and accommodating. yes its summmer and weather is really hot but its like a big steamer inside the place there's no window at all. I hope they can consider a centralized AC for better and comfortable exp. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy but their videoke room is like a human steamer too. AC is too old and doesn't serve its purpose anymore. We tried staying outside but we can only stay for certain amt of time due to mosquito bites. The pool water is soooo slimy 🤢 I hope they regularly change it. You can't see how dirty the water is because of the lighting effects but you can def feel it. A lotCockroaches in CR😭

Very great and friendly hosts/staff. they even gave us a free welcome white wine bottle (thank you!). we liked that it had multiple TVs, a pool, karaoke room, a grilling station, and great kitchen with plenty of utensils. It might be difficult to get to the area without a car, so we suggest to bring one since they will provide a parking space. happy with our stay.

The owner was responsive and friendly in airbnb app. the staff were really friendly and helpful but sadly the place was not i expected and not worth the money i paid for. there were lots of cockroaches in the house specially in the washrooms and kitchen which is not hygienic. we can't leave our food unattended because of the cockroaches. we were even afraid to use the washroom because everytime we go inside, there's always a cockroach running around. the ac's are too small for the room space so every room aside from the room downstairs are too hot. it was hard to sleep at night. the space was too small and cramped. not advisable for more than 10 people. the house it self is too hot inside. overall i don't recommend this place specially if you have kids. not hygienic and kids will have a hard time sleeping because of the hot rooms

It was a great stay for a night.Kids enjoyed the pool and karaoke. The host is very helpful and professional and easy check in too. Thank you!
