BEWARE - HORROR EXPERIENCE! On day 2, we found BLOOD (actual fresh blood) stains all over (curtains, bath towels, door knobs, cupboards, etc.) in one room. We even found blood stains in the living room. I immediately contacted the Villa Manager Harvinder and the owner Karan. I was told that one of the staff members serving us (Rishi) cut his hand on crockery. It did not explain why the stains were all over the place and why no one told us about it. I then went to check on Rishi (in the staff quarters). Rishi was passed out, totally unresponsive. He had one minor scratch on his index finger. Nothing added up or made sense. We left the villa immediately. Karan (owner) spoke to me once on the phone - and then has not responded to a single message. I demanded CCTV footage - not provided. I got a refund but no answers. Airbnb's "emergency/safety" support was pathetic. They closed my complaint while my issues were still pending. I have pictures of everything. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The pictures don’t do justice to the location and the premises. The cottage is extremely well maintained and tastefully decorated. The lawns are immaculately manicured. Everything is clean and hygienic. Our toddler had more than enough room to run around and keep himself busy. The location has cctv’s as well as a guard. Mr Harvinder, the property manager, is extremely responsive and was constantly in touch to make sure that our stay was to our satisfaction. They are very flexible and want to make sure that you are comfortable. Rishi, the butler/aide-de-camp, is always around and looking to take care of your needs without being intrusive. The entire staff is very polite and mostly stays out of your way. The food was amazing, and as we were travelling with a toddler, they took special care about his dietary needs and were flexible with meal timings. Overall, it was a great experience and we left wishing that we had more days to spend here. We definitely plan to visit again!

This was my first stay at an Airbnb property and I must say it was an awesome experience. Everything about the place was wonderful - right from living room, bedroom, linen, food and above all the extremely courteous staff. The days passed off rather soon, and we surely would make a repeat visit to this place sometime later this year. Keep up the good work.

The place looks exactly like it is shown in the pictures and is a beautiful private stay away from the city noise. We did a family trip of 10 adults and had a great time. The place had a lot of trees, including fruit trees, a pool and big lawn to play. The dining room too had a lot of boardgame options and poker set and cards. It has a caretaker and the service was slightly slow but that was something that the host Karan had proactively shared with us before accepting the booking. Wish we could stay a little longer and explore it a little more

Beautiful location, well maintained. Staff was helpful. Food prices were steep, but will return for a stay again.
