This is a totally beautiful, fun large studio which is even better than the outstanding photos! It's bright (several skylights), totally charming and well designed, very nicely appointed with fluffy white towels, attractive kitchen towels, every kitchen pot, pan, appliance you could imagine, well cared for plants (some huge), several types of coffee makers with Keurig pods and many, many artistic touches. Turns out Viitor is a contractor and designed and built this free standing unit from the ground up. It has a separate entrance and dedicated gravel off street parking space. The bathroom is 100% spa-worthy with a wonderful large rainfall shower head and luxurious modern bathtub. There are interesting light fixtures everywhere, a large ceiling fan, small fan aimed right at the bed if needed, plus heat and a/c. I could go on and on! Only one caveat....the light streams in through the skylights in the morning, so bring a sleep mask if you're sensitive to light in the a.m.

Booked for a fifth anniversary for daughter and hubs. The place was perfect, quiet and peaceful. Aja left a lovely card and bottle of wine for the celebration and provided recommended places to wine and dine.

Loved the stay here. Felt very safe and loved the restaurants/stores nearby. The hosts were responsive. The place was comfortable and clean.

Casa verde was perfect for my stay, it was in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and was very relaxing after a long day!
