Fernando’s place was very clean and as described. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a great night’s sleep while we were there. We rented this house to be close to my dad’s house and it was perfect and convenient!

Fernando's house was the perfect place for me to stay for my long weekend stay in Phoenix. I was aiming for a property close to a church I planned to attend while in the area, and I was happy when I learned that the house was only a 5 minute drive away from the church. In addition, the house was perfect for me and it had everything I needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It was the best deal I believe I I have ever gotten for a house all to myself, so I greatly appreciated that! Fernando was the perfect host. He was very gracious and he responded quickly to every message I sent him. He provided very helpful and detailed instructions about my check in--even providing helpful photos to show how to enter the property. The air conditioning in the house worked extremely well for the triple digit temperatures of Phoenix during my stay. The gas grill worked great, and I was very grateful for the washer and dryer--being on a long trip away from home. I hope to return again!
