Nice place in a quite location with a good view. Very close to twelve apostles. Liang was very helpful & responsive to calls but did not respond to messages.

Just minutes away from twelve Apostles, it’s really a peaceful and lovely space. We saw three kangaroos nearby which was great . Highly recommend 👍！

The cabins are close to the apostles but pretty basic for the price. The grey water in the toilet is black which is pretty off-putting and the whole cabin just screams for a bit of attention to the small details. The gardens need attending so I was nervous about my dog moving around in case of snakes. The best thing is the location if you want to stay close to the apostles.

Although it was generally clean, the water didn't work on arrival; it was fixed on request, then stopped working again (it's a rain tank system) and getting someone to fix it a second time in the morning proved fruitless. A blanket we tried to use smelled bad; the wifi didn't work; the signing in system is not secure as another visitor has commented. In summary, it did not live up to expectations - we couldn't even wash our hands for most of our time there, so we gave up and didn't stay the second night we had booked. It is close to 12 Apostles so that appears to be what sets the price; but Port Campbell is only a short drive and has a lot more choice. Note the dirt road to the place has large wildlife on it from dusk to dawn so plan your driving times around that if you decide try it. We booked a pet friendly cabin, but didn't take our dog in the end so I can't comment on the pet part, other than to observe it's not fenced and the cabins are about a parking spot width apart in terms of privacy.

Not a great stay. Definitely not worth the price. Will not book again. We stayed in the 2 bedroom pet friendly cabin (Vv2). Oven was faulty and shorted out the building, we had to find the fuse box and turn it back on. Communication was terrible both numbers provided didn't work to speak with Liang or Liam to fix any issues. WiFi user name and password provided but no network was available to connect. Unsafe check in practice - had to leave personal identification details on a form accessible to anyone (put in a plastic tub on a table outside the "reception" building). Plastic 3m hooks in bathroom fell off when we hung our towels. Dirty marks on back of bathroom door. Absolutely not a 3 star property. Cashing in on the location and proximity to the 12 Apolstles. Stay in Port Campbell for a similar price not here.
