At first they gave us agood price but as long as we stayed the price increased. And one time they took the wrong amount and they charge my card again. Somtimes They were hard to contact. I.e regarding the extension, one time they said it not available, other time they said it was a misunderstanding it is available, but oh yk what your gonna sell your kidney to pay the reservation. Also the car parking was 250$!!! What is wrong?? although the place was so good because of the large windows. The location is save the building is great. But it just doesn’t deserves that high price they gave it. Would recommend.

I was so looking forward to this extended two + month stay. But when I reported the dishwasher not working, then began the problems. They were unresponsive, for weeks. When I kept at it, they finally said it was the building’s fault. In the meantime, I had to hand wash every coffee cup, plate, fork, etc. I kept communicating. They kept blaming the building. I wrote almost every day. I finally flagged down a very friendly maintenance guy in the hallway by chance. He took a look at the dishwasher, and after a few days of trial and error, determined it was irreparable. I sent all of that info to BlueGround. They said it’s up to the building, and stopped communicating entirely. I was so disappointed because I’m a distance runner and cook 90% of my meals at home so dishes are constant. They never fixed it. I was so disappointed to see them resting it out just days after I stayed, knowing they’ll do this to the next person. 0/10 recommend.

Perfect apartment for a long stay! The place is spacious and very well-decorated, with a lot of light. Also, it is close to Davis Square and a lovely path for pediatricians. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it.
