Amazing place, starting with the great communication with the host. Perfect location steps to the beach and with some privacy built in with the shrubs. Pool area is great as well. Laughed at the rooster's early morning wake up call but that's all part of the experience. Boat launch area nearby is active but not too bad, party boats jamming music is all over the beach making for a fun vibe. No bar/restaurant services onsite but at the beach waiters will cater to your needs so you don't need to get up. Local area was really good. This place isn't for those that want to stay in their all-inclusive resort.. a block away are markets and tons of really great restaurants and a few decent bars.

My stay was absolutely amazing! I spent a magnificent weekend with my family at Costa Atlantica and will return SOON! Best stay ive had so far in Punta Cana! Friendliest staff, flexible with early check in and check out. Clean, spacious, beautiful apartment. With clear blue view of the ocean, walking distance; but private. The pool and beach access was great, felt safe and had the best time!

Private, secure beachfront property. There is plenty of secured parking. The beach was not nice, with many boats coming and going and seaweed in the water and beach floor. It is hectic on the beach and many vendors approach. Lounge and palapas are available to us on the sand. The pool was nice and clean. Washer/dryer was a plus. The unit is overall nice and clean. It does not have the view as in the listing; sand dunes and shrubs block the beach view. The kitchen is worn, with rust on the stove hood, dishwasher, and cabinet handles. Kitchen pans Teflon are pealed, toaster needs replacement, kitchen sink faucet spits water everywhere. Nothing is provided like other Airbnbs, such as oil, salt, pepper, dishcloths, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The bathrooms smelled like sewage, and the master shower and window had heavy, hard water stains. Aside from the negatives, we would consider staying in this complex and unit since we have seen all its defects but primarily because of how safe we felt.

Located near all of the shops and restaurants. Walkable. Check-in was a breeze. Everyone from security to the front desk was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend to others and would stay again! Thanks for the great stay! ❤️
