Responsiveness was great! Would stay again! If you are unfortunate enough to need to be close to TX Children’s or the Medical center this place can’t be beat! Save money by cooking your own meals, doing laundry, keeping up with your workout regiment. Only negatives were the couch has a stain on it near where a head would be. Odd place. And under bed a Tupperware container was found with moldy food This is more the cleaning service than owner as they were awesome. I will absolutely book again! Location can’t be beat.

Overall this place served it's purpose for what we needed. Close to the hospital. Our only frustration was during check in. Our unit had been given to someone else. They sent us to another available unit, which hadn't been clean. The final unit they put us in was clean and well stocked for an apartment.

Really nice, cosy, comfortable, clean, quiet and safe apartment. Great to have working kitchen, washer, dryer amenities. Friendly valet & building personnel. Few shops nearby (eg. supermarket a 10 minute drive away), so a little inconvenient if one doesn't drive. Found out too late (my bad) that there is a free shuttle service that could have helped mitigate that, wish we had realised that earlier! Reasonable rate for room, but unfortunately taxes added another close to 50% to the bill. Notwithstanding that, overall a very pleasant stay for us. Thank you.

Great place to stay close to the medical center. Felt safe and host was responsive.
