Great location, walkable to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. The bedrooms are nice and spacious for a downtown condo. We had 5 adults and a dog and it was perfect for us.

Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen, living and dining area very small and areas needed maintenance. We had a good stay but don’t think it matched the description.

The first probelm was that one of the sliding shower doors was off the track and on the floor of the shower on arrival. You had to work around it while taking a shower. The owner said he couldn't get anybody in to fix it during the 3 nights we were there. The bigger problem was that the hot water went out after our first night. The water wasn't just tepid, it was ice cold. You couldn't stand under it for a second. We communicated with the owner who said it would be fixed by the second night. It never was. We skied all day everyday and were unable to shower. It was unpleasant having to go out to high end Aspen restaurants (we'd made reservations a month in advance for each night) without a shower and then have to fly home to the coasts. The owner refunded us $250 for our inconvenience, but the entire stay cost 6k! This was an inadequate response. We will have air bnb handle the matter from here on. But given the attitude of this owner, I would discourage anybody from staying here.

Jordan's place was great for our long weekend in Aspen. Just a few blocks from the center of town, but quiet and peaceful. Thanks for a great stay!
