Paola is an exceptional friendly and welcoming host. The facilities at this place are amazing with two huge swimming pools (warm) to choose from. The facilities are well kept and there are always people about to either help or serve. Lovely little bar at the end of the garden with friendly staff for drinks and snacks. Peaceful surroundings and very rural, but close to the Town of Ferrara and not far from Bologna. Perfect location if you have a car. Our car broke down and Paola very kindly got a man to help repair it and even drove to the other side of the City to pick up a part on our last day to ensure we got home safely. Words can not express how grateful we are for their friendliness and their help. I would highly recommend for the facilities, the location and the very friendly staff. Aside from the lady at the bar who was very kind, Paola who helped save the day and the man who fixed our car, the lady on reception and at breakfast were lovely to our kids. Thank you all!
