Kula is professional and responsive to any questions. However the location is noisy for sure and the windows are not that sound proof.
AMAZING STAY! Kula saved my day and vacation with a last minute booking! Super central in Convent Garden, but very secluded and peaceful. Excellent comms and efficient access key process! Will certainly book again!
The location is unbeatable, close to the tube station and has lots to do around, however, the convenience of the location comes with the noise from the street, every night we fall asleep with those noise.

I was touristing in London with my 7 year old kid and this place was just a perfect fit for the 2 of us. Easy transport options and we walked everywhere. Would definitely come back!
