Loved our stay. We stayed a month and had no problems. Very nice, safe neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. The unit was very clean , just how I like it. Thank y’all for the great stay!

I will preface this review with this: Jay and his team were very quick to respond and fix any issues that arose during our stay. We were at this house for about 4 months total. The area/neighborhood was fantastic and felt very safe; especially for the Albany area. The neighbors that my wife and I met were very friendly. We loved the fenced in backyard & the 2 car parking spots in front of the house. FYI there’s only a tv in the den (we brought a small one for the bedroom). There was a good amount of plates, bowls, silverware, pots/pans, and cups too so we didn’t need any of that. the washer & dryer in the kitchen was very convenient. Wi-Fi was great and very very fast! There are security cameras in the front & he always let us know if anything weird happened or if we had issues he would check it for us too. The house itself had a lot of issues. Again, I will say that they were very responsive & got things done quickly! The check in/check out procedure was very easy. The biggest issue we faced, was structural issues. Between warped floors, mildewing cabinet/doors, bugs (I know bugs are a big issue in the Albany area; there were dead roaches, roach droppings, and rodent droppings on the kitchen counter w/ no pest control until we called Jays team. Then they finally started sending pest control regularly). Above the oven, mildew began forming all over the cabinets and on the fan. At one point, the fan above the stovetop was dripping water & rusting the eyes (only 2 small eyes worked on the oven). They came to fix these issues quickly but a lot of it could have been fixed prior to our arrival. The last thing was the front door had mildew all over it and began to literally fall apart - when you open/closed the door parts of the door frame would just fall off. After we left the house, you could see through the vertical cracks in the door. We told jay about this & he informed that someone would come fix it. They just sealed the cracks but the mildew remained. He was very prompt on responding like I’ve said many times & was very kind and appreciative with any issues. I would definitely stay with Jay again if the places were fixed up better.

AMAZING..absolutely amazing place. It is spacious and the pictures are accurate. The area is safe and I hope to stay here on all my visits. If you are not prepared for super quiet nights, then this is not your place because it is definitely a place of peace and tranquility and then less than 5 minutes...you can get to the mall, food and other shopping venues. My only complaint (and this is personal) are those plug-in air fresheners because I have allergies, I had to unplug them. My friend that traveled with me wanted to know the scent because he loved them...he doesn't have allergies, lol. I really can't say enough how nice this place is because it really is and I look forward to staying here again. Also, I must mention how quick the responses are from Jay/Mar. They check in to make sure everything is as it should be or if anything more needs to be done. To me, that is top notch service and shows they really care about who comes and goes and this is not just give me your money and leave me alone. And before leaving, he asks if there is anything that could make my stay better or the stay of other guests. Will

This was a great place to stay. It was very, very clean and it’s located in a great area in Albany. Jay is a great host responded very quickly to questions l had. I would definitely stay again.
