The house is very spacious and comfortable. I had some difficulty locking the door from the inside, as I'm not used to the UK system. I was quickly sent helpful instructions. They were also very helpful when I had difficulties with the TV. Not being familiar with Hull, I wasn't sure if I'd feel safe in the area at night. The area was very calm and I felt quite at home. It was the perfect place for me to relax after strenuous days helping a nearby relative.

Funky and functional As can be seen from the pictures, the decor is very funky The drive is roomy, so no problem with parking Downstairs there's a living room at the front, and kitchen at the back with a porch opening on to the garden which is a decent size Upstairs, the front bedroom has a double and single bed, and is a good size; the back bedroom is a double which is ok; the bathroom is quite big, with a shower over the bath It's about 15 minutes walk to the University; there's a Morrisons Daily about 5 minutes walk away, with a chip shop and off licence Decent location in what appears to be a council estate

The house is immaculately clean and very cheerful. Boiler is a bit noisy in one of the rooms during the night, but otherwise perfect place for a short stay close to the university

Great house for a course I was doing locally at HOTA.
