The stay here was great. The house is very spacious, especially the kitchen/dining area, it was bigger than how it appears in the photos. The bedrooms were sized adequately. Living areas (one on main level and one in basement comfy and lots of seating). There are two bedrooms and a bath on main level. Third bedroom and a hide-a-bed downstairs. This was helpful for one person in our group that had trouble going up and down stairs. There were only three steps to get into the house. Wrap around deck was super nice for seeing a bit of the lake and stargazing. The area was very quiet with beautiful scenery. The house is in a small development with neighbors nearby. It was great for our needs and as described. The kitchen was spacious and had most basic things one needs to put together simple meals. There was a place to get some groceries just a couple miles away but we did not go there. Yankton has a Hy-Vee grocery and Wal-Mart about a 20-25 minute drive away. We would stay again.

Michelle was wonderful to work with. Loved the place! Clean, quiet little community, beautiful scenery, & love the lake views! We stayed here for nearly a whole month, while waiting for our new place to be ready. She was responsive, nice & worked with us. She even brought in brand new pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, which was very thoughtful knowing that we'd be here a while & cooking here a lot(the kitchen was already stocked, she just refreshed with brand new). Lovely place! Definitely recommend!

Michelle’s home was peaceful, clutter free and homey. It fit our family of 7 perfectly. We really enjoyed the fire pit, grill and sitting on the deck. Check in was really easy. The minor down side was that the hot water got cold quickly. The view of the river though was absolutely beautiful and I would definitely stay there again!
