The room is big, nice desk and office chair to do home office, a big closet, nice bed, and the house is big, located at 8mins walking to the Haupbahnhof. There are a girl and another guy living in the house whom you probably won't see often and when you do, you would notice how nice they are. The bathroom is shared but I didn't have any problem because there are like 2 other toilets where you can go if the main bathroom is busy (which is very rarely the case), and everyone is clean. Actually, the house is kept very clean by the host, he cleans everything, including the kitchen and the bathroom but you should offer your help because he is so nice he would even clean your own dirty dishes which is not fair for him. There is a small but nice gym available at the house, I could do my complete routines which is great. The host Thaha is truly a nice person, I didn't have any problem at all, he is always available for anything you may need, and I would like to thank him for being such a great person, he would make you feel like at your home. I recommend this room 1000%

Only phrases I can say: It was a great and unique experience. Thaha was a very hospitable, punctual and amazing person. I really enjoyed the times I lived in his house. I wish Thaha all the best.

It was agreat stay in general , very helpful and friendly guy , for one's who will prepare their food , it's a five star place , location very close to bus and train station , very clean place , all the guys their are very welcoming and friendly people . I would recommended very much . unfortunately I didn't had the chance to extend because of other guest reserved the room for a long period

A large room in a very big and quite house. The area is very beautifull with lots of nature and a small park down the corner. Metro station is 7 minutes away and it takes 20 minutes to the city center. Super markets and local shop are also within walking distance. The owner of the house is extremely friendly and always keen to help in case of any problem. I would definitely recommend this place for short as well as long term lettings.
