We had a lovely couple of days at Licia's place. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We spent most of the time just soaking up the wonderful views. Very relaxing!

Licia’s home is beautiful in every way! Clean, comfortable and a home away from home. We could not have asked for a better position, with ocean front views from every angle of the home, a stones throw from the beach as we watched the sun set each evening and plenty of stunning walking tracks and star gazing. Licia was a wonderful host who ensured our stay was amazing, she recommended local activities and was so helpful and friendly, offering assistance whenever we needed anything at all. If we could have provided more than 5 stars, we would have!! We loved our stay and look forward to staying again.

The views from the property are spectacular. If you love the sound of ocean and stunning sunsets, this is the place to be. The house is very well equipped, we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very peaceful and only a couple of minutes stroll to a sandy beach. Short drive to shops in Cowes and less than 10 minutes to the GP circuit and Wildlife park. WiFi is great and large smart TVs in lounge and main bedroom are a bonus. Nice touch with two USB points by each side of the bed. Licia and Tom are very friendly and are fast to respond if you have any questions. We had a perfect stay and would highly recommend this wonderful house to anyone who seeks fabulous views and tranquility
