Our stay (family of 5 with 3 little kids) was just about perfect. I’d say this home and location were even better than the pictures and description. Good size and a lot of extra features that made the stay more fun including: hot tub, basketball hoop, walking trail leading right out of the property, kayaking on the lake, gorgeous views. I definitely think the value was there. Sure there were a few minor things that you notice when you stay for a week - BUT the extra amenities and functionalities of this place are absolutely worth it if you ask me.

The house has beautiful views, but had a lot of dust and cobwebs especially under the bed in the main bedroom. A lot of the dishes were dirty inside the cabinets. The basement had several towels and sheets drying on top of the furniture and was not put away before we arrived. The hot tub water also looked cloudy. We used the cleaning supplies but that did not help. Not enough toilet paper was available for our 3 day stay. We tried to use the Kayaks but could not find the life vests in the garage. Tried texting the host but the response was slow and not very helpful. Overall the home is beautiful but does need a deep cleaning.

Overall, our stay was good. The house is beautiful and sits in a beautiful spot. We had a few hiccups that keep me from giving 5/5. We arrived late in the evening, and when we pulled the sheets back, they just seemed dusty or musty. It may have been that no one has stayed in awhile, but the linens didn’t seem fresh. So I stripped the bed to wash them and then we discovered the washer leaked. Towels were thin and crunchy and seemed years old-maybe just cheap. Both of the remotes in the bedroom were dead, so we had to put batteries in them. On our second day, as we tried the hot tub, we discovered it was super cloudy. We did call the on-call number for a problem with the lock, and she was great. None of this ruined our stay, but at almost $900 for 3 days, I just would’ve expected more attention to detail. This is the first time we’ve stayed with a corporate host. Maybe individual hosts just have more time to give attention to detail. I will pay attention to that when booking next time.

Beautiful house, very modern inside. We loved the fireplace and hot tub, a must need after skiing all day. Beds were super comfy and the big windows that overlook the lake were amazing. ONLY down side was there was no TV in the living room, which it was NFL Sunday so we had to go down stairs which sucked for the person cooking and the internet was SO slow. If you care about those things, that was the only problem we found with the house. There was 7 of us and it was perfect for us! Would stay here again!
