I liked the accommodation! The area was quiet and very well connected to everywhere I needed to go. The subway station was like 15/20 minutes away from home but it was never a problem for me, I like to walk!! The bus stops, on the other hand, were very close! The place was clean and small, but cozy and perfect for exchange students like me. It was always very warm inside even when outside was freezing, and most of the time I didn’t even need to turn on the heat. I had some problems because at one point the water started coming inside the accommodation from the window. I had to wait a little bit too long for the problem to be fixed and every time it rained it was very annoying. But it’s okay, eventually they fixed it and they gave me some starbucks coupons which I thought was very nice :) other than that, the host was always quickly available every time I reached out to them to ask something, and I appreciated it. I would definitely come back to one of their accommodations! Thanks :)

A wonderful stay in comfortable room. The place was more spacious and cozy than the photos made it look and came with a twin bed, table and chair to work at, a one-burner stovetop with basic cookware, dishes and utensils, and seasoning provided, a microwave and electric kettle, and three (3!) empty storage cabinets - a wardrobe, entryway shelving, and cabinet housing the Wi-Fi (which was very fast and excellent) but had enough extra room to store odds and ends and dry goods. In-unit washer and drying rack with access to a dryer in another unit which was a wonderful perk to wash items like towels. AC worked GREAT in hot and humid Seoul summer. Very responsive hosts made my month-long stay smooth and easy. And the place is close to a lot of local bus stops and parks. Within a twenty minute walk, several small mini-grocery stores and produce markets, two department stores, local restaurants, Olive Young, Emart, and Daiso. Super convenient! 24 hour 7-11 next door.

I had a very nice stay in this part of Seoul. The apartment is tucked behind the main street and next to a convenience store in case you need anything. There are also grocery stores, small outdoor markets, Emart, Olive Young, subway station, and lots of shops all within a 20 minute walk (of course you can also take a taxi or bus to get around but I like to walk). I really enjoyed the Dream Forest nearby with lots of forest trails that lead into the main park. The main park area is well-maintained with water features, paved sidewalks, places to get a snack, flowers, and lots of people walking their dogs in the evening. The apartment was quiet and had lots of convenient details like hot water heater, bedside lamp, comfortable pillows, large table, double windows to keep the temperature comfortable. There's a washing machine and drying rack for clothes, a stove to cook, microwave, storage for clothing and other things. Overall, it has everything you need to stay comfortable.

I’ve lived there for 3 months and it was really good ! The hosts are pretty reactive to every need and are really friendly and helpful ! The location is near a metro station, a market and good restaurants with also a 7Eleven just down the street with very kind employees ! Also people around here doesn’t speak much english so it’s really good if you want to improve your Korean, and people are really kind so will try to help you if you struggle to communicate with them. Kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking and the bed is a bit hard but still confortable enough to have good sleep 😁 I highly recommend and maybe will come back here if I come again in this area of Seoul
