Really great place for a group of people. Things we loved were proximity to the beach, the hot tub, the large balcony and the bar/restaurant next door where we could order drinks to the villa. It’s a shame there’s not kitchen implements for self catering. Also there could be more balcony furniture upstairs as there weren’t that many chairs considering it’s a house for 8. It is in a wonderful location for the beach and had private parking, felt very safe. Also rooms incredibly sound proof. However two of the beds were quite uncomfortable and we needed to flip the mattress, then it was okay. Generally a groovy set up, we loved the breakfast each morning, cocktails were fab and I would definitely recommend for a group of people if you are happy to be eating or drinking out quite a lot.

Very well located. It’s got all the positives of a beach shack, in the form of a villa. The terrace was awesome to hangout on. Food quality, especially Sonu’s cocktails were really great.

amazing property. Had a good time. away from hush hush of North Goa. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Its right opposite to the beach. They also have a restobar at the beach which is good but a bit pricey. But overall 10/10 place.

It was an excellent place to stay. The manager Sanjeev and entire staff were very polite and helpful. Overall they made the stay even more great for the entire family
