Everything is/was as it is listed. There was not a single speck out of place. The stay was extremely comfortable and at home. We felt secure. Even in the end, the host (Richardo) was extremely accommodating, inviting, and charismatic. The overall experience was superior to that of a hotel, this was my first Airbnb. It was perfect for my three-month experience. Without a doubt, prospective visitors will adore his\her stay as much as I did.

location: close to the airport, minutes from downtown Atlanta, walking distance to restaurants. I felt safe in the quiet and clean neighborhood. house: pics are accurate, clean, quiet, good internet speed, has all you need for long stays. host: Ricardo is very helpful, communicates fast.

Ricardo is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond to make your stay a good one. He and his place are better than a hotel. I look forward to staying there again.

Ricardo's place is absolutely lovely, I stayed here for a month, I felt more comfortable here than I have since arriving to Georgia. His place is stylish, a beautiful renovated house that he should be very proud of, very quiet, and did I say clean! Ricardo always returns his responses promptly, he is a pleasure to talk to. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, you see many remodels of the older homes surrounding the area, but believe it or not, it has been so quiet, and I work nights, 12 hour shifts, and I am not a light sleeper. People are out walking their dogs day and nights safely, and friendly neighbors. I only had one small complaint, I stayed in the bedroom with the private bath, two very disrespectful young ladies stayed in the shared bathroom area, although it may not seem a big deal to some, it is a big deal to me when someone else in the house uses a bathroom that I pay more for that privilege. Ricardo was unaware that they were doing that while I was at work, but I did make him aware after I saw it was becoming a constant. He spoke to them, but when he was not around, they continued, they left the toilet bowl dirty prior to them leaving, Ricardo was sincerely apologetic and angry with those people, I appreciated the concern. Unfortunately sometimes you can't control disrespectful tenants, who do not respect the property, or others around them. But Ricardo strives for excellence, and it shows! Thankyou Ricardo for making my stay in Georgia just that much nicer. Oh, attractions and great restaurants are only within 15 to 20 mins from the house!
