El lugar en si es bonito, la laguna el espacio agradable, sin embargo estaría bien que en el espacio del dormitorio, específicamente en el espacio de la cama superior hubiera una malla que impida que caiga polvo o bichos sobre la cama.

We found the Huay-Pix cabin and stay on the Laguna wonderful--a little piece of paradise. Right on the water, so peaceful and tranquil with paddleboards right there. However delightful we found this place, it is definitely not for everyone if they are expecting all modern amenities. Wifi is mediocre and the shower has pulsating hot water and the shared kitchen (with one other cabin) has a refrigerator and a hotplate but no microwave. Host was extremely responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have extended it.

La communication avec l’hôte était vraiment bien , il est venu nous chercher à la station de bus . Nous a rendu pleins de services , c’était vraiment gentil de leur part! Magnifique endroit par contre ne pas chercher le silence , très bruyant la fin de semaine

Happy with our stay here! Very serene environment and a view you’ve never had before. Swimming just after waking up is great and the swinging bed was an interesting experience. :) Maybe not the best to stay with two couples since the downstairs bed is not closed off and in the path to the bathroom, but we were with 3 people and it worked fine! Gerard is a super nice host and we went to the waterclub that he offers entrance to - very very nice.

from the photos we were expecting something really amazing. it was the most expensive place we stayed in. it is in a lovely position on a really beautiful lake but the accommodation felt about tired and dated . it was lovely to have the paddlebaords to use and the swing and the seating and lighting is lovely. there is a very rowdy park next door so it can get noisy on weekends and feel abit claustrophobic and the picnic benches are very near the cabin. and the restaurant played music till 3 am on the Saturday night. very loud. the kitchen is shared with the other cabins. it has a 2 ring hob one of which was broken and the other which was just a flicker. as we were self catering this was tricky. all in all we were disappointed as it didn't feel very loved or cared for, was abit crowded with the park and the shared kitchen but the lake was very beautiful. about 20 minutes into bacalar
